1 FERGUSON AVENUE – BROOKLIN

The subject development has received conditional site plan approval. This development is comprised of a four-storey mixed-use condominium development with 60 residential apartment units and 1,408 square metres (15,156 square feet) of commercial space fronting onto Winchester Road West, as well as 8 three-storey semi-detached dwellings fronting onto Heber Down Crescent.

39 ATHOL STREET WEST – OSHAWA

The owner is proposing to develop a sixteen (16) – storey condominium apartment building at 39 Athol Street West in Downtown Oshawa. The subject property has a total site area of 0.232 hectares and is proposed to accommodate 172 residential units. The project has received conditional site plan approval and is expected to begin construction in mid-2025.

115 COLBORNE STREET WEST – OSHAWA

The proposed development features a six (6) storey affordable housing apartment building, at 115 Colborne Street West in Oshawa. The subject property has a total site area of 0.169 hectares and is proposed to accommodate 79 affordable residential units. This project has been granted site plan approval, with site servicing beginning in early 2025.

1420-1422 NASH ROAD – COURTICE

The owners are proposing a residential condominium development comprising a total of seventy-three (73) units, with access from Nash Road. The breakdown of residential units are as follows: One 4-storey apartment building comprising a total of fifty-one (51) units; One block of stacked townhouses comprising a total of twelve (12) units; and two (2) blocks of condominium townhouse units comprising a total of ten (10) units.

A zoning by-law amendment application has been submitted in support of the proposed development.

1697 AND 1701 HIGHWAY 2 – COURTICE

This project is a purpose-built Seniors Rental Apartment Complex that will feature three (3) buildings comprising a total of one hundred and thirty-eight (138) units, of which 40% will be affordable, in accordance with the Province of Ontario’s Bulletin.

The subject lands have a combined area of 2.3 acres (0.93 ha) and approximately 120 metres of frontage along Highway #2. The first phase of development is four (4) storeys in height and will accommodate fifty-five (55) residential apartments for seniors.

1717 BROCK STREET SOUTH – WHITBY

The subject property currently features a single-family dwelling, which is proposed to be demolished to facilitate the construction of the proposed development. The proposed development is comprised of a four-storey mixed-use building comprising a total of twenty-nine (29) residential units and 150 square metres of commercial floor space. In addition, four (4) semi-detached units are proposed, east of the proposed mixed-use building, which form part of the overall site plan. The site plan has received conditional site plan approval.

2345 AND 2349 HIGHWAY 2 – BOWMANVILLE

A site plan application has been conditionally approved for the subject properties in the Municipality of Clarington, at the south west corner of Highway 2 and Green Road. The proposed development is comprised of two (2) ten-storey condominium apartments units.
